• Cancellations within 1 hour of order placement are permitted but will incur a 50% deduction of the advance payment to offset setup costs. This fee covers the upfront payment required before processing. If the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, refusal, or other cases, upfront payment will not be refunded.
• Create Digics is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage caused to your order while it is in transit. Responsibility transfers to the courier company once the package is handed over.
